Collection: Custom Orders

Welcome to our special, Bona fide collection of our recent custom orders we were honored to do for our customers. If you would like to have your pet custom designed and featured for purchase in this special collection, please reach out to us via Contact or through e-mail: support@mysocialcat.com

Pet collection will include the following premium products: Women's Relaxed Tee, Unisex Staple Tee, Women's Crop Top, Unisex Long Sleeve Tee, Unisex Sweatshirt, Unisex Hoodie, Organic Eco tote bag, If you would like additional items included, please let us know. 

There will be an upcharge of $10 for each custom designed item. Remember, we always offer FREE SHIPPING in the USA.

Please follow these steps to a successful design:   

• Submit 2 high quality photos for us to choose from (high quality, sharp, cell phone photos are fine).   
• Choose your design style: Crazy, Mercury, Pincellus, Poster, Shalimar, Tokyo Streets or Umbalt. 
• Indicate  if you prefer design on the front or the back of the garment. 
• Submit your photos with your design choice, your pet's/pets' name/s and/or a short phrase (pending approval), if you would like that included. 
• We will then e-mail the proof for you to approve, after which, we will design and list it on our store in this collection.
• You will be notified by e-mail that it has been listed. You will have 48 hours to make your first (1st) purchase. After the initial purchase, your custom design will be featured in our collection for 2 months to allow for more purchases by you and your loved ones.
• If NO initial purchase within 48 hours was made, the entire collection will be gone fur-ever! :( 

Please allow an extra 2-4 days (depending on how busy we are with holidays/orders) for the design process and proofs in addition to the standard printing and shipping times (6-12 days). Please note, we cannot accept returns on any of our products (unless there was an error/problem with print/apparel quality) due to them being custom made/ordered at time of purchase.
